🌿 General Agreement

By using our website or placing an order with Bark & Bloom, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to all policies listed here. These terms apply to all purchases, deliveries, subscriptions, events, workshops, and custom orders. Bark & Bloom may update these terms at any time without notice.

🌸 Product Availability & Substitutions

We work with fresh, seasonal flowers. Due to availability, weather, and supply conditions, substitutions may be necessary. All substitutions will reflect the overall style, size, and value of the original design. Natural variation is expected and does not qualify for refunds.

🎨 Designer’s Choice & Seasonal Designs

Many of our designs are created using seasonal, farm-fresh, and designer’s-choice blooms. Each arrangement is one-of-a-kind and may vary from sample photos.

💳 Pricing, Payments & Sales Tax

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Sales tax and delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time.

🚚 Delivery & Drop-Off Responsibility

By selecting delivery at checkout, you agree that if your flowers are authorized to be left unattended (porch, doorstep, office, lobby, gate, etc.), Bark & Bloom has permission to complete delivery without a signature.

Once your flowers are dropped off, full responsibility transfers to the recipient or purchaser. Bark & Bloom is not responsible for theft, weather exposure, delayed retrieval, animals, third-party handling, or shared spaces such as apartments, offices, or gated communities.

Delivery photo, GPS confirmation, or driver verification serves as proof of successful delivery.

☀️ Weather & Heat Disclaimer

Flowers are natural and highly sensitive to temperature. During high heat, freezing temperatures, heavy rain, or extreme weather, Bark & Bloom is not responsible for weather-related damage after delivery, especially for unattended drop-offs. Choosing unattended delivery during extreme weather transfers all risk to the purchaser.

🏠 Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including suite numbers, gate codes, and recipient contact details. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability, redelivery fees may apply.

🔁 Refunds, Replacements & Satisfaction Policy

All sales are final once delivery is completed. Replacements or store credit may be offered only for florist error or damage documented prior to delivery. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours with...

No refunds are issued for substitutions, theft, weather damage, or delayed retrieval.

❌ Cancellations & Order Changes

Same-day orders cannot be canceled once design has started. Future orders must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to delivery. Custom, event, and wedding designs follow separate contracts and retainers.

💐 Events, Weddings & Custom Installations

Large orders require a signed contract and non-refundable retainer. Final payment is due before installation. Natural variation and seasonal availability apply to all custom work.

🌾 Workshops, Classes & Farm Events

Workshop tickets are non-refundable but transferable with notice. Events may be rescheduled due to weather or instructor availability. If canceled by Bark & Bloom, a credit will be issued.

📦 Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed according to the selected schedule. Customers are responsible for managing, pausing, or canceling their subscription prior to the next billing cycle. Missed deliveries due to incorrect information are not refunded.

Subscription Pick-Up Policies:

  • Missed Pick-Ups:
    If you cannot pick up your bouquet, you may send a friend or neighbor to pick it up on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot hold bouquets past the designated pick-up date/time and cannot provide replacements for missed pick-ups.

  • Donation Option:
    Instead of sending someone to pick up your bouquet, you may choose to donate it, and we will deliver it to a local care facility on your behalf.

  • Responsibilities as a Subscription Member:

    • Confirm you are receiving our emails. Check your spam and promotions folders, and notify us immediately if you don’t receive a reminder about your purchase or scheduled pick-up.

    • Pick up your bouquet at the designated time and location, or have someone else pick it up (or choose donation).

    • Bring a vessel with water if desired. (All black buckets must stay.)

    • Notify us of any problems with your bouquet within 24 hours.

  • Bark & Bloom Promises to Subscription Members:

    • Provide farm-fresh, quality cut flowers

    • Have bouquets ready at the designated time and location

    • Address any issues or concerns promptly

🖼 Intellectual Property

All branding, floral designs, photographs, text, and website content are the property of Bark & Bloom and may not be used without written permission.

⚖ Limitation of Liability

Bark & Bloom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.

📍 Governing Law

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
