About the event
My late Grandma Carolyn inspired me to pursue my dream of growing and selling flowers, and she was always my greatest supporter. When I started my flower garden, she lived in California, so I could only send her pictures. One day last season, a customer mentioned they had driven six hours the previous night to visit a loved one in a local senior memory care facility. I felt incredibly honored that the flowers I had carefully grown and arranged would be part of their reunion. Then I had a thought: "How many others, like me, are unable to bring flowers to their family members because of the distance? If I can't bring flowers to my own grandma, I'll bring them to someone else's!" I had the chance to share this idea with my Grandma before she passed away. Thus, the "Carolyn Project" was born.
