How should I care for my flowers?
🌿 Flower Care Tips
To help your blooms stay beautiful as long as possible:
✂️ Give the stems a fresh trim and place them in clean water as soon as possible.
🌊 Remove any leaves below the waterline to keep the water fresh.
💧 Change the water often and add a little flower food each time.
❄️ Keep your flowers cool and out of direct sunlight.
🌼 Some blooms fade sooner than others — simply remove spent stems to keep your bouquet looking fresh.
✂️ Every few days, re-trim the stems and do a full water change to refresh your arrangement.
With a little love and care, your flowers will continue to bring joy for days to come 💛
How does delivery and pickup work?

What if I can’t pick up my flowers on time?
If you’re unable to pick up your bouquet, you may send a friend or neighbor in your place.
Unfortunately, we are unable to hold bouquets past the designated pickup time and cannot offer replacements for missed pickups.
If you prefer, you may also choose to donate your bouquet, and we will deliver it to a local care facility on your behalf.

What are my responsibilities as a Bark & Bloom bouquet or subscription customer?
To help everything run smoothly, we ask that you:

Ensure you are receiving our emails (please check spam and promotions folders).

Pick up your bouquet at the designated time and location, or arrange for someone else to do so.

Bring a vessel with water for pickup if desired. (All black buckets must remain with Bark & Bloom.)

Notify us of any concerns with your bouquet within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

Because farming is influenced by weather and natural conditions, specific varieties and quantities cannot always be guaranteed. In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances may require us to postpone a delivery or pickup. We always do our best to communicate clearly and find a beautiful solution.
How will I be contacted?
We communicate primarily by email, including order confirmations and reminders. Please ensure our messages are not filtered into spam or promotions folders.
