At Bark & Bloom, we create one-of-a-kind floral designs inspired by the seasons and the beauty of locally grown blooms. Each arrangement begins on our small flower farm, where flowers are grown and gathered by hand. When needed, we partner with local farms and trusted growers so beauty can be shared year-round.
Our à la carte collection is designed for couples, hosts, and businesses who love a fresh-from-the-garden look but don’t require large installations or on-site design. It’s perfect for weddings, celebrations, gatherings, and small events needing personal flowers, centerpieces, and a few focal pieces — simple, meaningful, and thoughtfully created.
This offering is best suited for those who are comfortable with a seasonal, designer’s-choice approach and natural variation. It is not recommended for clients needing specific flower varieties or complex styling and installation.
We’ve made the process simple with curated designs and transparent pricing as well as a estimate calculator, so you can build a floral package that feels beautiful and manageable.

Wedding Flowers, Designed for You
Every celebration is different. We’ll work with you individually to create florals that reflect your style, fit your needs, and feel like you.
Let’s Connect
Explore our online portfolio, then use the “Estimate Your Wedding Flowers” calculator below to select the pieces you’re considering and receive an estimated price range by email. Share your wedding date, location, color palette, and ideas through the form—we’ll reach out personally to help refine your florals.

Design Your Florals
We’ll reach out to talk through your ideas, help you choose the pieces you need, and answer your questions. Once we’ve worked through the details together, we’ll email a personalized estimate within a week.
Reserve Your Date
Once you approve your estimate, return your signed contract and a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of your total to reserve your date. Your deposit will be applied toward your final balance.
Finalize the Details
Five weeks before your event, we’ll reconnect to finalize your florals. Additions, substitutions, and small changes can be made at this time.
Submit Final Payment
Final payment is due 30 days before your event. Cash and checks payable to Bark and Bloom are preferred. Payments by PayPal, credit card, or Venmo incur a 5% processing fee.
Enjoy Your Flowers!
Your flowers will be carefully packaged and ready for pickup at our Fuquay-Varina studio at your agreed date and time. Delivery is available for an additional fee.
Pickup and Delivery
Your order will be packaged with care instructions and labeled for pickup at our studio in Fuquay-Varina. Please arrange to pick up your order from 8-5pm.
If available, we will happily deliver your order for an additional fee.
