By placing an order with Bark & Bloom, you agree to the policies below. These apply to all purchases, deliveries, subscriptions, events, workshops, and custom work. Policies may be updated at any time.

 

🌸 Product Availability & Seasonality

We work with seasonal, thoughtfully sourced flowers — grown on our farm when available and supplemented through trusted partners.

Natural variation is part of our work and should be expected.
Specific flower varieties and exact color shades cannot be guaranteed.

Substitutions may be made as needed and do not qualify for refunds, provided the overall size, value, and spirit of the design are maintained.

 

🎨 Designer’s Choice

Most Bark & Bloom offerings are designer’s choice.

Designs:

• Use seasonal, thoughtfully sourced blooms

• Reflect our garden-inspired style

• Are one-of-a-kind

• May not replicate photos exactly

💳 Payments

Full payment is required at checkout.
Sales tax and delivery fees are calculated at checkout.
Prices may change at any time.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery fees.

 

🚚 Delivery & Distance

Delivery pricing is based on the one-way drive distance from our studio near Purfoy Rd & Angier Rd, Fuquay-Varina.

Customers must select the correct delivery range at checkout.
Incorrect selections may require additional fees or cause delays.

• Orders require 24 hours’ notice

• Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed to the minute

• A text is sent when delivery is complete

Leave at Door (No Signature)

By selecting this option, you authorize unattended delivery.

Once delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Bark & Bloom is not responsible for:

• Theft

• Weather exposure

• Delayed retrieval

• Animals

• Third-party handling

• Shared or unsecured spaces

Photo, GPS, or driver confirmation serves as proof of delivery.

 

☀️ Weather Disclaimer

Flowers are sensitive to temperature and weather. Choosing unattended delivery during extreme conditions transfers all risk to the purchaser.

 

🏠 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information.
Failed deliveries may incur additional fees or be canceled without refund.

🔁 Refunds & Replacements

All sales are final once delivered.

Replacements or store credit may be considered only for florist error and must be reported within 24 hours with clear photos.

No refunds for:

• Natural variation

• Substitutions

• Weather damage

• Theft or delayed retrieval

• Personal style preference

 

❌ Cancellations

Same-day orders cannot be canceled once design has begun.
Future orders must be canceled 48 hours prior to delivery.

Custom, wedding, and event work require a signed agreement and non-refundable retainer.

 

💐 Bloom Bliss Bundle

Includes four designer’s-choice arrangements with delivery + selected upgrades.

• Reschedule at least 7 days prior

• All four deliveries must be used within 12 months

Cancellations:
Full refund before first delivery.
Non-refundable once first delivery occurs.

 

📦 Subscriptions

Customers are responsible for managing, pausing, or canceling before the next billing date.

Missed pickups or incorrect information are not refundable.
Bouquets may be donated if not picked up.

 

🌾 Workshops & Events

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable.
Events may be rescheduled due to weather or availability.
If Bark & Bloom cancels, a credit will be issued.

 

⚡ Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (weather, crop failure, illness, supply issues, etc.). We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or issue credit when appropriate.

 

📸 Photo Use

Bark & Bloom may photograph designs for portfolio and marketing.
No personal identifying information will be shared.

 

🐾 Safety

We are not responsible for reactions to flowers, pollen, or plant materials. Please keep arrangements away from pets and children.

 

🖼 Intellectual Property

All branding, photos, designs, and content belong to Bark & Bloom.

 

⚖ Liability

Liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected order.
